The company operates as a holding company, whose subsidiaries are engaged in the wholesale trade of a wide range of automotive components in Spain. With registered head office located in Montblanc, Spain, the company was incorporated in October 2007. As a holding company, it is active in the ownership of enough voting stock in other companies to control management and operations by influencing or electing their board of directors. It also provides financial support and control function for the board and is responsible for managing the group and its overall legal structure, tax planning, financial and equity structures. In addition, the company is involved in matters of policy, strategic planning, marketing, approving investments and budgets, and the overall ongoing monitoring of its subsidiaries' operations. Through its subsidiaries, it supplies products that range from combustion engines via air management systems through liquid management systems. It provides customer-specific filtration solutions for passenger cars as well as for commercial vehicles. It serves OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and the aftermarket.
